I made this last night, and it was really tasty! It is a calorie loaded nightmare, but it's really good on a cold night. Enjoy!

1 package (7-1/4 oz.) macaroni and cheese dinner mix
¾ cup soft bread crumbs
2 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp butter, melted
1 cup cubed fully cooked ham
1 cup (8 oz.) cream style cottage cheese
½ cup sour cream
2 Tbsp. sliced green onion
1 Tbsp. diced pimientos, optional
¼ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. ground dry mustard

Prepare macaroni and cheese mix according to package instructions. Meanwhile in a small bowl, combine the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley and butter and set aside.

In a large bowl, combine the macaroni and cheese, ham, cottage cheese, sour cream, green onion and pimientos (if using), salt and mustard. Pour into a greased 1-1/2 qt. baking dish. Sprinkle with crumb mixture.

Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for about 35-40 minutes or until heated through.

Notes: This is really tasty! You could also add pimiento stuffed olives to it and it would be equally great. This is a good base recipe that can be modified to individual tastes.
