Zucchini Continental

8 small zucchini (about 2lbs)
1/4 cup butter or margarine
2 tsp. water
1 clove garlic
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Cut zucchini lengthwise in half. Melt butter in large skillet; add remaining ingredients. Cook and stir zucchini in butter mixture until slightly brown. Cover tightly; cook 6 to 8 minutes or until zucchini is crisp-tender.
