1 lb ground beef
3 tbsp. instant minced onion
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 egg
1/4 cup milk
Heat oven to 400F. Mix all ingredients thoroughly; shape into 1" balls. Place in ungreased jelly roll pan, 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1". Bake about 10 minutes or until done. Cool meatballs in pan about 5 minutes. Place in freezer 15 minutes. Pack tightly in 1 qt freezer container; label, date and return to freezer.
