450 g beef-hache’
225 ml breadcrumb
2 eggs
3 clove garlic-hache’ fin
0.25 tsp pepper
0.25 tsp salt
1 tsp parsley
0.5 tsp oregano
115 g rosemary-grated
~200 ml milk

=Mix well, add beef last. Roll using oil olive, saute in same with onion & garlic
