Ingredients:

4 ea. 6 oz. top round steaks -- (ask butcher to cube)
3 ea. Eggs, beaten
1/4 cup milk
1 cup all-purpose flour (seasoned with 1
1 teaspoon black pepper and
1 teaspoon granulated garlic)
3 cups crushed Fritos® brand corn chips
oil for frying

Preparation:
In a bowl, mix together eggs and milk and set aside. In a second bowl, mix flour, black pepper and garlic. Coat steak with flour mixture, dip into egg mixture and roll in FRITOS® brand Corn Chips to coat (press crumbs in well to adhere). Fry in hot oil until golden brown. Place in 350F oven for 15 minutes while preparing rest of meal.
