Recipe Feeder
makes one full-sized loaf



2 cups white whole wheat flour

2 tsp baking powder

1 tsp cinnamon

1 cup milk

1/3 cup demerara sugar (may sub turbinado if demerara ca't be found)

1/2 cup chopped walnuts

1 beaten egg

1/2 tsp salt

In a large bowl, mix together the dry ingredients.
Add the beaten egg and milk and stir.
Fold in the walnuts.
Pour into greased loaf pan and sprinkle the top with just a tiny bit of the sugar.
Bake at 350 for about forty minutes, until golden (use the toothpick test to be sure it's cooked in the middle)
