3 eggs
2 cups white sugar
1 cup oil
2 cups canned peaches/drained
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
3 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon real vanilla

Preheat oven to 350F.

Cream together the eggs, sugar and oil. Add flour and the remaining dry ingredients. Stir in the peaches. Pour into greased muffin tins. Bake for 50 minutes.

Note: Fresh peaches do not give a good result.
