Recipe Feeder
Something different to eat for breakfast.

1/2 cup blanched white Almonds
1/2 cup pecans
1/2 erythitol
1/2 cup of organic golden flax meal (red bob) its like flour
1/2 cup of Coconut oil
3/4 cup of water

Place all in a food processor and blend until creamy and thin. I then added some crushed walnuts and mixed but didn't blend. I poured the whole thing out onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and baked for over an hour at 250. I broke up it up into pieces after about 30 minutes and kept baking until it was all hard and crispy. Very good, it didn't last long enough to buy any low carb milk, so another batch is warranted.

I may try some dried fruit, cranberrys or blue berrys if I can find some with out the added sugar.
