No-Fat Chocolate Angel Food Cake

1 angel food mix, any brand
1/3 cup Sue Bee Honey
1/4 cup cocoa powder
3/4 cup water
No-Fat Chocolate Glaze
Servings: 8
1. Mix all ingredients together on low speed for 30 seconds. Beat on high for another 2 minutes.

2. Pour batter into ungreased angel food cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes, or until top is browned and cracked. Do not underbake.

3. Remove from oven and set upside-down until cooled. Remove from pan and drizzle with No-Fat Chocolate Glaze (see recipe) if desired.
