Ingredients:

6 Eggs, lightly beaten 6 Slices of bread, crusts
1 c Shredded colby or mild -removed and cubed
-cheddar cheese 1 lb Sausage, fried & scrambled
2 c Milk 1 ts Salt
1 ts Dry mustard

Instructions:

Mix all ingredients. Pour into 9" X 13" pan. Refrigerate overnight. Bake
at 350 for 35-40 minutes. Most requested recipe from the 1992
Mother-Daughter Style Show/Luncheon. Perfect for Christmas morning--you
assemble it the night before so you don't miss any of the excitement on
Christmas morning.
