Does anybody know what is in Kip's Special from Sang's Cafe in Salinas, CA. It is near the Maya Cinema.

I am trying to go somewhere (Mexico) and don't know what hotel to pick? I want to go all inclusive, but what to choose. Riviera Maya area, any thoughts from those that have been?

1 1/4 oz. Jose Cuervo Mistico 3 oz. Orange Juice 2 oz. 7-UP Fill with 7-Up, Stir. Garnish with lime wedge.

1 oz. Kahlua n/a Soda Water 1 1/2 oz. Tequila 3 oz. Pineapple Juice Pour Tequila then pineapple juice into a pousse-café glass. Top with soda then float the Grenadine. Do not stir. Drink the layered drink with a straw.

1 oz. Kahlua 1/2 oz. Irish Whiskey n/a Black Coffee 2 oz Whipping Cream Pour Kahlua and Irish Whiskey into mug. Add coffee. Top with whipped cream. Add chocolate shavings.

2.5 oz. Pineapple Juice 1/2 oz. Coffee Liqueur 1.5 oz. Jose Cuervo Silver Tequila Combine ingredients and pour into glass. Enjoy.

3 Banana Liqueur 1 Bourbon 1.5 Almond Extract Mix the bourbon and rye together. Add ice cubes. Pour the banana liqueur over all.

6.75 oz. Milk 1 tsp Honey 1 oz. Chocolate Mint Liqueur n/a Vanilla Ice Cream mix the ingredients well in blender with 1 ball ice-cream

2 oz Light Rum 1/2 oz Lime Juice 2 1/2 oz Pineapple Juice 1 1/2 oz Passion Fruit Liqueur Shake with ice and strain over fresh ice
