1 1/2 Tsp. Dry Vermouth 1 1/2 Tsp. Sweet Vermouth 1 1/2 Oz. Gin 1 Orange Peel Stir all ingredients (except orange peel) with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Add the twist of orange peel and serve.

2 oz. Gin 2 dashes Bitters Twist of Lemon peel of Stir gin and bitters with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Add the twist of lemon peel and serve.

1 1/2 oz. Vodka 1 Orange Peel 3 oz. Ice 1/2 oz. Dry Sherry Pour Sherry into glass to coat inside of glass. Place ice cubes in glass and add vodka. Twist orange peel. This one will light you up.

2 oz. Gin 2 tsp. Fine Sherry Twist of Lemon peel of Stir gin and sherry over ice cubes in a mixing glass. Strain into a cocktail glass. Add the twist of lemon peel and serve.

2 oz. Blended Whiskey 1/4 tsp. Triple Sec 1/4 tsp. Sugar Powdered 1 dash Bitters Twist of Lemon peel of Shake all ingredients (except lemon peel) with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Add the twist of lemon peel and serve.

3 1/2 oz. Sanbitter 2 tsp. Lemon Juice 3 1/2 oz. Bitter Lemon 1 Lemon Peel Mix the Sanbitter and lemon juice together, with ice cubes, in the highbaqll carefully. Hang the lemon peel spiral over the rim of the glass.

2 oz. Gin 1 splash Amaretto Prepare in an ice filled mixing glass, strain into a chilled cocktail glass, lime peel twist, garnish with a lime peel spiral,( I used Bombay Sapphire gin)

1 oz. Brandy 1/2 oz. Dry Vermouth 1 oz. Madeira Twist of Lemon peel of Stir all ingredients (except lemon peel) with cracked ice and strain into an old-fashioned glass over ice cubes. Add the twist of lemon peel and serve.
