These are a really good alternative to the processed granola bars that are out there - healthier ingredients, no refined sugars, and high in the GOOD fat. Because of the seeds and nuts in these bars, they will be higher in calories and fat, but like I mentioned, it is good fat.. a 2x2 inch bar...
