    Islander Chicken

    Heat oven to 300F. Brush 4 servings ready-to-eat fried chicken (about 12 pieces) with 1 cup bottled sweet and sour sauce. Arrange in ungreased baking pan, 13x9x2". Bake uncovered 30 minutes or until heated through. Serve with hot cooked rice. 4 servings

    Monkey Bread

    1 can biscuits cut in 1/4 pieces 1/2 cup brown sugar 1 stick margarine 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 cup nuts Melt margarine and brown sugar for 2 minutes in a microwave, uncovered. Add cinnamon and nuts. Add biscuits. Cook 3 minutes 40 seconds, uncovered.
