Recipe Feeder
Take a chub of fatty breakfast sausage and form into thin patties the
same width as a French baguette and pan fry. Cut baguette into 1/3"
rounds. Remove sausage from pan when done and fry bread slices on one
side in the rendered sausage grease until toasty. Put sausage patties
on untoasted side of bread, top with a 1/4 slice of American cheese,
and another slice of toasted baquette (toasted side out).

Mayo and/or mustard to taste. I found they really didn't need any
extra fat or moisture. The bread toasted in the sausage fat was
excellent!
