Recipe Feeder
2 1/4 cups oat bran
1 tbsp baking powder
1/3 cup splenda
1 cup skim milk
3 bananas - smashed
1 egg
2 tbsp canola oil
1 tsp vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 425. Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Mix the milk, bananas, egg, oil, and vanilla in a bowl or blender. Add to the dry ingredients and mix. Line muffin pan with paper baking cups and fill 2/3 full of batter. Bake for 15 minutes. Makes 18 regular sized muffins.
