Recipe Feeder
(serves one, but it's a 6-8 oz. patty!)

19 oz. ground turkey breast (that's the size pkg. 99% fat free turkey breast was at the store)
1/4 c. panko bread crumbs
1/2 c. low-fat buttermilk
1/4 c. green onions (I use minced sweet onion)
1/4 c. parsley, chopped
1 t. dijon mustard
1 t. Worcestershire
black pepper to taste

Preheat grill or broiler. Combine all ingredients and form into patty. Grill until cooked through, 7-10 min per side.

I mixed all together except the turkey so the bread crumbs could absorb some of the moisture and then mixed in the meat until it was completely combined. I formed into 4 patties - they were huge!

I formed into 6 oz. patties and put into the freezer for about 15 minutes. I drizzled a bit of evoo on each and cooked on a hot non-stick pan (oil side down) and browned on both sides. I added a bit of water to help steam and put a lid on the pan because I wanted to be sure they would cook well done without drying out.
