Acapulco Spice Blend

Yield: 1 1/2 cups
Ingredients:
1 cup cumin seed
1/2 cup dried oregano
1/4 cup garlic, granulated
2 tablespoons chili powder
2 tablespoons black pepper, coarsely ground
1 teaspoon red pepper, ground
salt, to taste
Instructions:
1. Toast the cumin seeds. Allow them to cool, the grind in a spice grinder.

2. Combine all ingredients. Cover and store in a cool, dry place.
