Ingredients:

1/2 lb. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 cup flour
1/2 cup butter
1/4 tsp. salt

Instructions:

Mix ingredients together like pie crust.
Roll then cut into 1 1/2" rounds.
Cut hole in center of each.
Bake at 350F for 7 minutes.
Place 2 cookies together with raspberry jam.
