1/2 c room temp butter, ¾ c peanut butter, ½ c ea brown and white sugar,1 egg, ½ tsp vanilla, 1c flour, ¾ tsp b soda, 6 oz chocolate chopped – in bowl mix butters and sugars til light and flffy, add egg and vanilla and mix til combined. Sift flour with b soda add to butter mix just til combined, fold in chocolate and then with ice cream scoop place on lined sheet, press down slightly to flatten, bake 15 mins at 350 then cool on rack. Makes approx 14
