20 ounces pineapple rings in juice, drained (10 rings)
1 banana, 10 slices
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3 tablespoons cinnamon sugar
4 egg whites
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup maraschino cherries (10 cherries)
Servings: 10
1. Arrange pineapple slices on greased baking sheet. Place a banana slice in the center of each. Sprinkle with lemon juice and 1/2 of the cinnamon-sugar.

2. Make meringue with egg whites, cream of tartar and sugar, and spread over each pineapple slice. Sprinkle with remaining cinnamon-sugar.

3. Bake 10 minutes at 400F till golden. Garnish with cherries. Serve warm or cold.
