Apple Dessert

1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup butter
6 apples, peeled, cored, sliced
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 pint half and half
2 eggs
1 teaspoon cornstarch

1. Combine flour and butter. Pat in greased pan. Combine apples, sugar and cinnamon and top on crust. Dot with butter. Cover with foil.

2. Bake 1 hour at 350.

3. Beat half and half, eggs and cornstarch; pour over second layer. Bake 15 - 20 minutes until browned.
