1 can (30oz) apricot halves, drained **
1/2 cup unflavored yogurt or sour cream
2 tbsp. honey
2 tsp. lemon juice
Spoon fruit into individual serving dishes. Blend yogurt, honey and lemon juice; pour over fruit.
4 or 5 servings.
** 1 can (30oz) peach halves or fruit cocktail, drained, or about 4 cups cut-up fresh fruit can be substituted for the apricot halves.
