1 pkg. (4 serving size) fat-free instant chocolate pudding mix
2 cups fat free milk
1 pkg. (10 oz.) fat free marble pound cake, cut into 1/2" slices
1 jar (10 oz.) all-fruit raspberry preserves
1/4 cup dry sherry or orange juice
1 pt. strawberries, sliced
8 servings
Combine the pudding mix and the milk in a large bowl.
Whisk for 2 minutes, or until thickened.
Arrange a single layer of the cake slices in the bottom of a deep glass bowl.
Spread with 1/3 of the preserves and sprinkle with a generous tablespoon of sherry or orange juice.
Top with 1/3 of the strawberries and 1/3 of the pudding.
Repeat the layering 2 more times, ending with the pudding.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
