Preheat the oven to 350F.
Coat 2 large baking sheets with cooking spray.
2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
1/2 cup whole grain pastry flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
1/3 cup canola oil
3 large egg whites
2 tsp. vanilla extract
3/4 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips

In a large bowl, mix the oats, flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
In a medium bowl, mix the brown sugar, oil, egg whites, and vanilla until smooth.
Stir in the cranberries and chocolate chips.
Add the flour mixture and stir just until blended.
Drop the dough by scant tablespoons about 1 1/2" apart on the the prepared baking sheets.
Bake 1 sheet at a time for 10 minutes, or until golden brown.
Cool on a rack for 2 minutes.
Remove from the sheet and place on the rack to cool completely.
