Recipe Feeder
1 ts Olive oil 1 ts Dried oregano
1 ea Medium onion, diced 1/4 ts Cummin
2 ea Cloves of garlic, crushed 1/4 ts Salt
2 ea Medium tomatoes, seed, chop 1/4 ts Black pepper
2 ea Jalopenos, seeded, chopped
4 servings
In a microwave safe dish, combine olive oil, onion, jalopenos, garlic,
tomatoes, oregano, cumin, salt and pepper. Stir to mix well. Cover with
wax paper. Place in microwave, on high, for 4 minutes. Stir after 2
minutes.
