1 fresh pineapple
8 ounces cream cheese
1 small can pineapple -- crushed
Cut large opening in one side of the pineapple. Scoop out insides, leaving
pineapple shell hollow. Drain crushed pineapple & blend with cheese until
smooth. Lay pineapple shell on its side and fill with cheese mixture. Do
not cut off pineapple top. Serve with potato chips.
