Oven Cheese Fondue
Heat oven to 325F
10 slices white bread
3 cups milk
2 tbsp. snipped parsley
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
2 cups shredded processed sharp american cheese
3 tbsp. finely chopped onion
Remove crusts from bread; cut bread into cubes.
Beat eggs, milk and seasonings with rotary beater.
Stir in bread cubes, cheese and onion.
Pour into ungreased baking dish.
Bake uncovered 1 hour or until center is set.
