Ricotta Cheese Filling

Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds Cream cheese
10 ounces Ricotta cheese
5 ounces Granulated sugar
2 Eggs
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
4 ounces Pastry flour
Instructions:
1. In a machine bowl fitted with paddle attachment combine cream cheese and ricotta on low speed, until no lumps remain.

2. Add sugar, gradually add eggs, and scrape in between additions.

3. Add vanilla, followed by flour and combine well.

4. Yield: 2 lb. 14 oz.
