1 Tbsp jus lemon or orange conc.
zeste lemon or orange
1 Tbsp water chaude
1 egg
2 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp cornstarch

3-6 Tbsp butter
Instructions:
=Bring 1. to boil over good heat, boil low 2mns, whisking. Beat in butter
