Lemon Butter Icing 1/3 cup soft butter or margarine 3 cups confectioners' sugar about 2 tbsp. lemon juice 1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel Blend butter and sugar; stir in lemon juice and peel. Beat until smooth and of spreading consistency.
