Remodeling Kitchen - looking for some tips?

What are some items / features you would like to have in a new kitchen looking for some fresh ideas.

stainless steel appliances (Sears has some great new appliances), new paint, back-splash.

I would love to have roll out shelves in all my cabinets. It make it so easy to get to things.

I wash I had the HOT water spout that comes out over the stove. Cooking and tea would be so much faster.French door fridge w/ freezer on the bottom.Built in,slide out cutting board.Lights under my cabinets and a pantry that has sliding shelves. Wow! I don't want much.
