1 (1 lb.) loaf frozen white bread dough
1 egg
1 tbsp water

Thaw the dough and divide into 16 pieces. Roll in 15" ropes; twist into pretzel shape. Place on a greased cookie sheet. Beat egg with water and brush on pretzels; sprinkle with coarse salt. Bake at 425F for 15 to 20 minutes.
