Easy Recipe Finder

Recipe Feeder
(makes 4 pieces)
1 cup of self raising flour
1 x 175g carton of natural yoghurt
big pinch of salt
1/2 tbs vegetable oil
and LOTS of butter
oh and cheese, obviously. I just used tasty.


Combine the flour, yoghurt, salt and oil in a bowl. Add extra flour if the mixture still seems too 'sticky'. You'll need to use your hands

Divide into 4 equal portions and roll out one on a well floured surface til thin. Sprinkle one half of the dough with a small amount of grated cheese (I used too much cheese on the first one and it was overpowering so just use a bit). Fold in half and roll out again until thin.

In a very hot pan dump a big spoonful of butter. Chuck in your naan. It will start to puff up and in no time at all, you'll need to flip it before it burns. Flip and cook until golden on both sides.

Repeat for remaining pieces of naan.
