Instructions:
=Measure thin sliced fruit & juice, add 2-3x amount in water (by volume). Soak 12hrs, boil 20mns, soak another 12 hrs. Add 0.6-1c. sugar for every cup mix. Cook in small quantities (4-6c.) to 220F till 2 drops on spoon change to 1 (sheeting)
