Not getting enough veggies? Here's an answer.

Ingredients:

1 small yellow turnip, cut up
6 small parsnips
4 medium carrots

Instructions:

Push all 3 vegetables through juicer feed chute.
Discard pulp.
Makes about 1 2/3 cups.
Pour into 2 small glasses.
