Description:
Subtle and sweet flavors blend well in this brightly colored brew.

Ingredients:

8 medium carrots, cut up
3 celery ribs, cut up
1 medium sweet potato (or yam), about 12oz, peeled and cut up
1 acorn (or banana) squash, peeled and seeds removed, cut up

Instructions:

Push all 4 vegetables through juicer feed chute.
Discard pulp.
Makes about 2 1/4 cups.
Pour into 2 medium glasses.

Serving suggestion:
Add celery rib to each glass for the perfect stir stick!
