Description:
A "moose" you can drink! This frothy mousse tastes like apple pie and ice cream.

Ingredients:

1 cup vanilla ice cream
1 cup milk
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 tsp. lemon juice

Instructions:

Process all 4 ingredients in blender until smooth.
Makes about 2 1/3 cups.
Pour into 2 chilled medium glasses.

Serving suggestion:
Serve with a straw.
Top with candy sprinkles just for fun!
