Description:
A great winter warm-up for the kids after school or at the end of a day playing in the snow.

Ingredients:

1 tbsp. cocoa, sifted if lumpy
1 tbsp. granulated sugar
3/4 cup water
3/4 cup skim evaporated milk
3/4 tsp. vanilla
Miniature marshmallows, for garnish

Instructions:

Combine cocoa and sugar in small cup.
Divide and spoon into 2 small mugs.
Combine water, evaporated milk and vanilla in 2 cup liquid measure.
Microwave on high for about 2 minutes until boiling.
Pour into mugs.
Stir until smooth.
Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
Garnish with marshmallows.
