1 c Skimmed milk 1/8 ts Pepper
1/2 c Lowfat cottage cheese 1/4 ts Garlic powder
1 tb Cornstarch 1/2 c Parmesan cheese
1/4 ts Salt
4 servings
Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until
smooth. Pour mixture into a small saucepan and cook over medium heat
until heated through and smooth, stirring occasionally. Serve with hot,
cooked fettucini. Makes 4 serving.
