Ingredients:
2 c Lowfat or nonfat -cheesecloth. Or A yogurt
-plain yogurt -funnel.
A strainer and some
Instructions:
Line the strainer with the cheesecloth and plop in the yogurt. Set the
strainer over a bowl, cover with plastic wrap and let sit in the fridge
overnight. Use the Yogurt Cheese in place of sour cream or cream cheese in
recipes you'd like to convert from high to low fat. It's a staple in my
house!
