Recipe Feeder
2 cups instant nonfat dried milk
2/3 cup fructose OR 1 cup sugar (some may prefer it sweeter)
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
1 tsp. salt

Mix all ingredients together in blender and store in a tightly covered jar.

TO USE: Depending on the size of your mug, put 2 to 4 rounded TEASPOONS of the mix into a mug and fill with boiling water or, for an extra rich drink, hot FF milk.

Optional Toppings: Cool Whip Free (up to 2 TBSP is zero points) or marshallows (count points!! (1/4 cup minis is 1 pt.))

Makes 51 TBSP which is 38 servings at 4 teaspoons per serving.
SiFi: 4 teaspoons of mix is 0.39 points (using sugar)

Note: if you mix 4 tsp of dry mix with DaVinci SF syrup (vanilla or mint are faves of mine), the mix dissolves better than the way it dissolves in water. After you make a slurry with the mix and the syrup, then add the hot water.
