Author: Chef
Time:

Difficulty:

Serving Size:
N/A
Description:
The MOST critical elements to a powerful immune system are oxygen, water salt and then exercise. The amount required is what the watercure specifies. Before doing anything else, be certain that you are not violating this biblical recipe. If under a doctors care, make no changes without consulting him/her. We now present to you, the recipe, God's recipe, that is changing peoples lives ...
Ingredients:
1/2 your body weight of water in ounces
Use 1/4 tsp. sea salt per quart of water
potassium fruit
Instructions:
Drink 1/2 your body weight of water in ounces, daily.
Example: 180 lb = 90 oz. of water daily.
Use 1/4 tsp. sea salt for every quart of water you drink.
Use a good sea salt, one with at least 80 minerals, liberally with food.
As long as you drink the water, you can use the salt.
Some put it in their water, some lick it off their hand, most season their foods after cooking. It's up to you.
Make sure you take potassium daily (banana, orange juice, etc.), also calcium and magnesium.
Avoid caffeine and alcoholic drinks. These are diuretics and will dehydrate you. 10 oz. of caffeine or alcohol requires 14 to 16 oz. of water to re-hydrate you.
