Fish With White Sauce

30-45 minutes
Fish dinner.

1/4 lb. fish
1 tbsp. margarine
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1 to 1 1/2 tbsp flour
1/2 cup milk
Serves 1
Place fish in baking dish.
Pour milk over fish.
Add onion.
Bake until flaky at 350F.
Add flour and margarine and bake for 10 minutes or until sauce thickens.
