Recipe Feeder
Serves 8

1 pkg (15oz) part-skim ricotta cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 pkg (16oz) ziti pasta, cooked & drained
1-28oz. jar favorite spaghetti sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (4oz)

( I added about 1 lb browned and drained ground beef, that I used Pendreys Italian sausage seasoning in)

Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, combine ricotta cheese, eggs, and Parmesan cheese; set aside. In another bowl, thoroughly combine hot pasta and pasta sauce. In a 13x9" baking dish, spoon in 1/2 of the pasta mixture: evenly top with ricotta cheese mixture, then remaining pasta. Sprinkle with mozzarella. Bake, 30 minutes or until heated through.

I put the meat in with the pasta and sauce.
