1 2/3 c graham cracker crumbs 3 tb maple syrup
3/4 c pecans, crushed 1/3 c creme de menthe
Combine graham cracker crumbs with crushed pecans. Stir in maple
syrup and creme de menthe. Press into a lightly oiled 9-inch pie
plate. Bake at 350 degrees 10-12 minutes; do not overbake.
Makes 1 pie shell
