4 ounce Pork, Salt, Diced
2 tablespoon Flour
1 medium Cabbage, Red cut in long thin strip
½ cup Onion, Chopped
½ cup Red Wine
1 dash Pepper, Ground

Heat oven to 350. Cook and stir salt pork in dutch oven over medium heat until crisp; add onion. Cook and stir until onion is tender. Stir in flour. Remove from heat. Coarsely shred cabbage. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and bake until cabbage is tender, 1 hour. Season with salt if desired.
