Makes 6 burgers

Cook time: 10 min
Freezes excellently.

Burgers:
1 lb. ground turkey or chicken
1/4 cup Bick's hot pepper rings, chopped
1/3 cup Bick's sweet corn relish
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
1/4 tsp. chipotle chili powder
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste

6 hamburger buns

Toppings:
6 slices old cheddar cheese
Bick's sandwich savers
Bick's hot pepper rings
Tomato slices
Lettuce
Guacamole (optional)

Tip:
* For a healthier option, use whole wheat pita bread and eliminate cheese.


Combine all burger ingredients.
Wet hands and form into 6 patties (mixture will be sticky).
Lightly oil grill and preheat to medium high.
Grill burgers, covered, 3-5 minutes per side or until juices run clear.
Serve on buns with your favorite toppings.
