Recipe Feeder
1 turkey wing, second joint segment
2 tsp. garlic, pared, minced
2 tsp. shallots, roasted, pared, minced
1 tsp. parsley, minced
1 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. sage
salt and pepper, to taste
2 tbsp. butter

Remove skin from turkey wing; reserve. Dice wing meat; add remaining ingredients except butter. Combine. Stuff into wing skin; seal ends. Heat butter in medium saute pan; reduce heat. Cook for 15 minutes, checking and turning frequently. Remove from pan; let cool. Refrigerate until chilled.
