Ingredients:

2 tsp. onion, minced
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. dried parsley
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. buttermilk

Instructions:

In a medium-sized bowl, mix together mayonnaise and buttermilk. Stir in remaining ingredients.
